A Splendid View- Sunroom

With a property bordering woodland, who wouldn’t want a deck to view the wildlife? Maple Grove Builders first tore away an existing deck. Next, they constructed a sunroom, complete with screening and skylights. Wanting to make the addition appear original, they carefully selected spouting and trim to match the existing house.
To make space for a barbeque grill, Maple Grove Builders designed an oversize landing. From that landing, a unique stairway descends to ground level, creatively solving the problem of space.
“I will spend more time out here now,” the owner said.
