All-Season Sunroom

Homes built in developments often offer little customization in their layouts. The owners of this lovely house wanted to enjoy the sun from indoors. Maple Grove Builders gave planning insight and constructed this insulated, all-season sunroom. Knowing how important appearance was to the owners, Maple Grove Builders carefully matched spouting and exterior trim to the existing house, making the addition look original.
Dominating the interior wall adjacent to the main house are a see-through fireplace and an impressive stone chimney. Outside the sunroom door is a flagstone patio, perfect for summer picnics.
