Bank Barn Remodel

Two years after we finished a gorgeous home remodel for this customer, they called us back to give their bank barn a transformation. It was an old block barn with worn-out wood and metal siding, but we saw in it a bundle of potential.

The exterior structural aesthetics changed when we rebuilt the back entrance with a new A-frame dormer entrance and added a ‘kick-out effect onto the lower roof section on the front. We added substantial posts with Dutch framing to the front entrance. New siding, custom aluminum metal doors, and a natural stone veneer wainscoting on the exterior to match the house transformed the look. The masons even create a star out of stone to set off the entrance appeal.

After gutting the interior, we built back a tongue and groove pine interior, complete with metal troughs, dark metal horse stall hardware, and corner trim. Now it’s a stable fit for a king, or at least a king’s horses.
